For those of you looking to incorporate it yourself here is what to look for.
1) Notice if you have any repression around laughter. If so notice every time you want to laugh but don’t.
2) Find your humor buttons. Everyone has a different thing that really hits their funny bone. Make a list. Find your buttons.
3) Legitimate laughter and nervous laughter are completely different things.
4) It’s a game. Treat it like that.
